| Leaving Cleveland behind |
We left from the Gordon Boat Dock, out into Lake Erie...and then headed for the Flats and had lunch at Shooters.
Bob got to take the boat all the way in. I don't think he has driven a power boat since 1974 in Pensacola Bay (and that was an outboard motor!)
There, we got to see a large cargo ship come in, the railroad drawbridge come down and a freight train full of empty container cars. Just before we left another train came by.
Then we went back into the lake (inside the break wall) and Bernie and the girls swam in the lake.

The boat has a water temperature gauge and it said 80 degrees, you couldn't tell it the way Sarah was screaming! But she loved it.
Then Janet drove and Bernie tried skiing for the first time with this boat. The boat and he did it well.
We finished the day with a delicious dinner and ice cream from local soft serve.... It's right next to a driving range, so Bob got some practice in (of course).
